Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 60 days prior to the booking date: A penalty of 100% of the total amount will apply.
For bookings requested within the above timeframe, the corresponding penalty will apply upon confirmation in case of modification or cancellation.

No show policy

In the event that the client does not rent the car for reasons beyond the control of the car rental company, no refund will be made.
In case of delivering the car before the agreed date for reasons beyond the control of the car rental company, no refund will be made.
